This Yamawasei is a sake created through a collaboration between Miyagi's Yamawa Shuzo and Hakurakusei's Shinzawa Brewery.
Yamawa" has a refreshing and sharp taste, while "Hakurakusei" is brewed under the concept of being the ultimate food sake.

Yamawasei goes well with seafood sashimi, so please ask our staff when you come to Uozora. ☺️
