Shigeke Shuzo, a well-known shochu brewery known for its barley shochu "Chingu" and "Kakizo," produces sake for the first time in about 30 years on Iki Island, Nagasaki Prefecture!

The aroma is subdued, with refreshing hints of Japanese pear and citrus.
