The course begins with a refreshing "Bishoku Vinegar" before the meal, followed by a healthful "Hyakuyaku Nigiri" appetizer.
As a hot dish, you can enjoy "Seared scallop and grated turnip".
In addition, the "bento eight-sun" that gives a sense of Hakata tradition and the "three kinds of today's sashimi" carefully selected every day,
The clear and beautiful "live squid sashimi" and the freshness of the seafood continue.
In addition, the "Japanese black beef ribeye grilled on a cedar plank" offers the melt-in-your-mouth flavor of Wagyu beef.
Tempura that makes the most of seasonal ingredients and the luxurious "3-piece extra fine nigiri with seared nodoguro (sea bream)",
The meal is then concluded with "miso soup with grilled nodoguro grouper bone broth".
The final touch is the dessert of the day for a sweet aftertaste.
