Particularly recommended are the Tsushima nodoguro and Yariko yariki squid live sashimi from Yobuko.
To bring out its freshness and flavor, our artisans with more than 15 years of experience carefully prepare it.
Nodoguro is prepared in a variety of ways, including thickly sliced seared sashimi, steamed in an earthenware teapot, grilled, and boiled!
