◆Tenpyo Junmai Ginjo

Junmai Ginjo-shu made with Yamadanishiki.
Nishi Shuzo, a Kagoshima sake brewery famous for its sweet potato shochu "Hozan," has created a new sake.
It is a soft-tasting food sake that expresses "sweetness, spiciness, acidity, bitterness, and astringency" each working in unison to create a harmonious and seamless finish while fully extracting the flavor of the rice ✨.

This sake goes very well with sashimi and tempura, so please enjoy delicious sashimi and tempura with Tenpyo when you visit Uozakura 😊.
