We are pleased to introduce DATESEVEN2024.

DATESEVEN is a limited edition sake brewed by seven young breweries in Miyagi Prefecture under a different concept each year for seven consecutive years, as they continue to improve their brewing techniques and sake quality.

This year, Katsuyama Sake Brewery and Suminoe Sake Brewery will be present.

Absorbing each other's strengths, the two leader breweries brew to the same specifications of the same raw material rice and milling ratio, expressing the deliciousness of the brewery's individuality.
