This is a bowl of rice topped with Kumamoto tiger prawns and seasonal vegetables, fried until crispy.
The crispiness of the bite and the plumpness of the shrimp are appetizing!
We have a special sauce, so please try it with the sauce.
It also goes well with our homemade matcha salt, so please try it with that as well 😊.
