Today, we would like to introduce one of our most popular "Nodoguro" dishes, Nodoguro Usuzukuri Aburi Sashimi (Thinly Sliced Nodoguro).

This dish uses the highest quality Tsushima bluefin tuna "Benihitomi", which is cut into thin slices and seared right in front of the customer.
Therefore, you can enjoy the aroma that is accentuated by searing on the spot.

It can also be served in two ways: as it is, sprinkled with rock salt, or with our homemade ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) and condiments for a refreshing taste!
