Dokurakura Gen Gen Mature Junmai Ginjo ◆Glass ￥1,290 KOBOSHI & 1 GOU ￥1,990

This sake is made in Fukuoka Prefecture and has a sweet, mellow aroma from aging, and the clean, clean taste of junmai ginjo combined with the withered flavor from aging, giving it a light, nourishing taste.
It is best to warm it up to 48 degrees Celsius to enjoy its beautiful balance. It has a good aftertaste and is very easy to drink.
It is also fun to cool it down a bit from room temperature and enjoy it in a glass of wine... 🍶.
