In order to make the most of fresh and seasonal ingredients, we recommend fresh squid directly from Yobuko, which is prepared to order. Our chef goes directly to the fishing port every day and carefully selects seafood. Our chef, who is a former chef, serves authentic nigirizushi sushi as an appetizer.
